Sometimes in life we will get an idea in our head that we are capable of doing something and in the end after frustration and heartache it turns out that we really weren't capable at all and should have left well enough alone.
My new Pulsar arrived in the mail today,I will pretend its the same one I had all along and never look at the embarrassing box of broken mangled parts in the back of my closet ever again.
I'm here to warn you my friends .If your Pulsar doesn't pulse any more DO NOT TRY TO FIX HIM!! Trust me you will only make it worse. The 36 year old plastic is brittle and cranky, unwilling to put up with any shenanigans and ready to crack without warning.
Oh man sorry to hear about the death of your first Pulsar but i guess it was a hard lesson learned and now you have a replacement which is good.
ReplyDeleteYeah it didnt go well at all :( the good thing to come out of it is that the new one has the shoes and jacket that my old one was missing.
DeleteHa! I've been tracking several Pulsars lately to add him to the Museum....havent got one yet but TBD! Too bad about yours :( Just close your eyes and think of him while you play with te other :)
ReplyDeletelol! I got lucky and was able to catch the new one for almost nothing .Now If I could just get Hypnos
DeleteWe have been trying to find Pulsar but no luck yet.
