  3. You've got a nice monsters & dinosaurs theme going here, I like it! I was thisclose to putting Denver the Last Dinosaur on my list, but he'd have been an odd fit with the rest of the toons in my lineup. If it had been a list based on best cartoon theme songs alone, Denver would have been somewhere near the top!

    1. that sounds like the makings of another list!I would have to stick MASK on a best theme song list.

  4. Your Saturday mornings is only second greatest.
Everbody knows that SuperHeroes are the best Saturdays. Thundarr, Orbots, Electro Woman and Dyno Girl, for instance :]

  5. You have inspired me to put together my own list. It's so hard though. So many great cartoons and great memories to go with those cartoons to ever choose.

    1. It was a tough call for me as well. I have 2 other alternate lists but I was the most happy with this one tho I have edited the lineup twice now since it went live.

  6. I took this pic like two years ago, I found it quite freaky that it was actually parents who knew who this character was and not children... if you can't recognise it from the pic, is one of those machines that move from side to side by inserting some money in it.

    1. Ha! that's bizarre. It really looks to be Denver the last dinosaur. Thats a great find.

    2. It doeesn't look like... it is really Denver! Only a little shorter not to frighten small children and somehow "bent" down that they can ride on its back. I was tempted to take a ride on it (or at least a pic), but there were other people around :)

    3. its a strange thing. I once saw an arcade game that was like whack a mole but had knock off street sharks in place of the moles .

  8. Though i do like the list quite a bit without a spot reserved for The Adventures of The Galaxy Rangers i think i'd sleep in.

Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future would have been nice too ^_^

    1. truth be told I had never heard of Adventures of The Galaxy Ranger before i was well into adulthood, it was only after finding the figures that I learned of its existence. From what I can tell it didn't even air on a station in my area. Captain Power on the other hand was a favorite and i still have the vhs tapes and all the toys..well not all their is a trooper in the catalog that i dont think ever made it to stores.

  10. Wow cool! You've got Count Duckula too then? I'm kinda hoping you're in the US because my feeling is that nobody really watched Count Duckula over there. But if you could prove that theory wrong you'd really make my day.

    1. Back in the day people definitely watched Duckula here(the US) and he has some diehard fans for sure. It might not have been as popular as say Thundercats or Transformers but all the kids I kept company with at the time watched him. Im also a fan of Danger Mouse.

    2. Oh well that's good enough for me. :-)

    3. Its surprising to me to discover how many cartoons I watched in the past were from your part of the world like Bananaman and Superted.
